Zhao Li Ying (English name: Zanilia) is a Chinese actress and singer, born in Langfang, Hebei Province. She officially entered showbiz in 2006 after winning the Feng Xiaogang group champion in the "Yahoo Search for Stars" competition. She made her debut in the same year starring in the "Kneeling Clan". In 2011, she became known for her role as Qing'er in the costume drama "New My Fair Princess". Her popularity soared higher in 2013 with the release of costume drama "Legend of Lu Zhen". Her leading role as Lu Zhen won for her three awards, namely 2013 Most Popular Actress in Mainland China, Most Popular Actress at the 2013 LeTV Film Festival, and The Most Popular Newcomer Award in Chinese Opera Festival 2013. Since then, Zhao has been winning awards annually. In August 2021, she is ranked No. 7 on the Forbes China Celebrity List. Zhao was reported to have married actor Feng Shao Feng in October 2018. Their baby boy arrived in March 2019. In April 2021, Zhao and Feng announced their amicable separation and would co-parent for their son.
