Ratchaneekorn Phanmanee, nicknamed Tom, is a Thai actress and singer, native of Bangkok. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Suan Sunandha Teachers College, now is Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It is known for his theatrical work in the roles of "Ra-sue" the protagonists, Krasue and Queen Lukthung Phumphuang Moon. She was Miss Teen Thailand 1991.
