Bai Xu Xu was born on March 30, 1980 in Beijing, China. He attended Tsinghua University (1998-2002) as an English major and spent one of those years as a foreign exchange student at Baylor University in the United States. In 2007, he went on to place 10th in China's talent competition 'My Hero', earning him his debut television role.
